RAE is a Toronto born vocalist, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist whose creativity is as dynamic as the city she was raised in. Her classical training in voice, piano and saxophone from a young age allowed her to refine her composition skills and also become a self-taught producer. Growing up, she was introduced to a myriad of new wave singer songwriters, from Sting to Sade, inspiring her to begin writing music and poetry of her own as a means of authentic expression and release.

Despite a sound washed with softness and intimacy, her vocal power and agility holds itself as the centrepiece behind a genre defying sound. RAE has been a recurring anthem singer for the Toronto Blue Jays in both the 2022 and 2023 seasons, and is no stranger to serenading crowds of 40k+ fans. She also held a residency with Waveland Canada’s R&B Under the Stars in 2023 as a featured artist for 14 weeks, and has been featured in BlogTO to over 1.5 million views.

Her upcoming single, ‘Sunshine to Rain’ off her upcoming EP sets the tone for an exciting set of releases planned for 2024, pushing the boundaries of her sound, and solidifying her as one to watch in the Canadian music scene.
